EXCHANGE FREE OF CHARGE WHEN YOU WANT
The VIP bundle grows with your child. This means that you can exchange products free of charge when your child grows. From co-sleeper to bed, from pram to buggy, from balance bike to bicycle with pedals: everything is possible.
SIMPLY CHOOSE OTHER PRODUCTS IF YOU ALREADY HAVE SOMETHING
Do you already have certain important baby products at home? No problem. Instead, you simply choose a different product. The possibilities within the VIP Bundle package are endless and completely tailored to your wishes.
You can order from us as soon as you know which items you need. In the check-out you can indicate when you want to receive the products. Then your subscription will only start. It is very nice for us to know well in advance that you want to rent a product, so that we can ensure that there is sufficient stock and that you receive it on time.
The subscription starts on the day your order is shipped.
If you decide to take the VIP Bundle, you submit your order to us. We will then contact you to inform you which products you would like to receive. Handy, because this way we can also advise you if you want.
No problem! For example, if you already have a stroller or co-sleeper (or another product from the bundle), you can choose another product from our range.
With Tiny Library you take out a subscription for a minimum period. For the VIP Bundle this is at least 6 months. After this period you can cancel the rental contract on a monthly basis. You always have the right to return products in their original condition within 14 days of ordering. We do not apply a maximum rental period. Are you no longer using the product? Then report your product back via our returns page .
No problem! Then you can choose a replacement product from our range. You simply return the product, we will contact you and ensure that you receive the new product.
You can choose whatever you want from our library, including all useful accessories. The following products are excluded: breast pumps, cargo bikes, purchase products and washable diapers.
