1. Choose on our website which product or products you want to rent. We rent out new and refurbished products. Before the products are rented out again, they are professionally cleaned and checked for safety.
2. Choose when you want to receive your product. We deliver the products on your specified date. Your subscription only starts when we ship the products.
Orders of €100 or more are shipped free of charge. For orders under €100, shipping costs are €6.95* within the Netherlands and €9.95* to Belgium.

We check the functionality of the products, so that the product always works as it should. We may replace parts if they no longer function properly.
