Tiny Library rents new and refurbished products. Before the products are rented again, they are professionally cleaned and checked for safety. If your product is not as expected, our customer service is happy to assist you.

Your subscription starts when you receive the products. Because you have already paid for the first month in the webshop, the monthly amount for the following month will be debited from your account a month later via direct debit.

You pay the first monthly installment directly at checkout on our website. A direct debit will then be immediately created for the following installments.

Your subscription starts when you receive the products at home and the first direct debit will follow one month later.

If you buy a product from us, you pay immediately when you order the product from us.

The minimum rental term expires on the day after the end of the last term. After that, your subscription will be renewed monthly. This happens automatically. You will therefore not receive a reminder from us of the expiry date.

You can currently choose whether you want to keep the product (then you don't have to do anything), return it or take out a new subscription.

If you keep the product, you can cancel monthly from then on and the price per month will remain the same.

If you have had the product for more than 14 days and you are not satisfied or you would like to exchange your product for, for example, a different brand or color, you can do so. You can request this by sending an email to customerservice@tinylibrary.nl. Please include your name and order number and the product you want to exchange.

If the minimum rental period of your subscription has not yet expired, a one-off fee of €50 will be charged for the exchange. These are the costs for exchange, shipping and cleaning.

Do you want to return a product and cancel your subscription? You can return the products when the minimum rental period has expired.

It is possible to return the products in the following ways:

1. Return the products to our warehouse. After registering your return on the returns page, you can return the products to us. You don't need boxes or labels for this.

2. Send yourself via a Parcel Shop. You will receive free return labels (DPD) or a QR code per package from us to send it without a printer.

3. Butler service (€75): we will collect the entire product from your home at a time that suits you. You don't have to disassemble anything yourself or put it in packaging.

4. We can also collect the products from your home for €9.75 per package. You can email us for details.

Please note: When reporting a return, please provide the correct number of packages . You need a label or collection appointment per package.
