No longer using the products? Return your items quickly, easily and for free by clicking the button below.
HOW TO RETURN?
1. REGISTER YOUR RETURN
Use our return portal to register your return and choose a return method. Here you will also find the return instructions. Return your product (at least) 2 days before your next collection date to avoid paying one month too much.
Please note: please provide the correct number of packages.
2. MAKE IT NEAT
You don't have to clean the product thoroughly (we'll take care of that), but do send it back properly. Check out our cleaning tips .
3. SHIPPING YOUR PRODUCT
Stick the return label on your parcel or use a QR code and take it to a parcel point.
4. END OF RENTAL PERIOD
After receipt of your return, your subscription will stop. You will receive a confirmation of this by e-mail.
5. RENT AGAIN
Need other products for the next phase of your child(ren)? That's the advantage of renting! We look forward to seeing you again.
FAQ
Register your return via our return portal . Use your order number from the confirmation email of your order. Lost your order number? You can easily request your order number via the return portal.
Your subscription will stop once we have received your returned product. You will receive a confirmation of this by email.

Return for free by dropping off your parcel with a return label or QR code at a parcel point.
Please note : provide the correct number of packages when registering your return. A separate label is required for each package.
