Has your child outgrown the products, do you want to make use of the buy-back guarantee, or do you simply want to exchange it for another product? Easily return it by following the steps below.
HOW TO RETURN?
1. REGISTER YOUR RETURN
Use your personal Tiny Library account to register your return and choose a return method. Here you will also find the return instructions. Return your product (at least) 2 days before your next collection date to avoid paying one month too much.
Please note: please provide the correct number of packages.
2. MAKE IT NEAT
You don't have to clean the product thoroughly (we'll take care of that), but do send it back properly. Check out our cleaning tips .
3. SHIPPING YOUR PRODUCT
Stick the return label on your parcel or use a QR code and take it to a parcel point.
IN CASE OF RENTAL:
4. END OF RENTAL PERIOD
After receipt of your return, your subscription will stop. You will receive a confirmation of this by e-mail.
5. RENT AGAIN
Need other products for the next phase of your child(ren)? That's the advantage of renting! We look forward to seeing you again.
FAQ
Register your return via your personal Tiny Library account. Use your order number from your order confirmation email. Lost your order number? You can easily retrieve your order number via the return portal.
When you want to return a product with a buyback guarantee, you can easily start a buyback request from your personal account. You then send the product back to us.
Once we receive the product, we inspect its condition and provide you with an assessment. Subsequently, you will receive the buyback amount in your account within 15 business days.

Your subscription will stop once we have received your returned product. You will receive a confirmation of this by email.

The costs for returning are €4.95. You pay this when you print out the return label.
