At the end of your rental period, you will receive a proposal in your customer portal to buy the product. This makes it easy and convenient to complete the purchase. The price is determined by us in a fair way, taking into account various factors such as the new price, the residual value and a monthly depreciation. In this way, we ensure that you pay a fair price for a product that you already know and trust.
After paying the redemption amount, the product is yours. You can now continue to benefit from your rented product, without additional costs for new purchases. This is especially useful if you are satisfied with the product and it has become a permanent part of your daily life.
You pay a fixed monthly amount when renting the products. This monthly amount is based on the term you select in advance. To help you choose the right subscription, we state the average duration of use for each product. If you are still unsure about which subscription is right for you, you can always choose the option 'cancellable monthly'. In other cases, the minimum rental period is fixed, but you can always use the products for longer. For example, have you opted for a 3-month subscription, but it turns out that you still want to rent the product for a month longer? No problem. The subscription only ends when you return the product.
No, the proposal will be sent to you automatically before your minimum rental period is over. You do not need to ask for this yourself.
The minimum rental term expires on the day after the end of the last term. After that, your subscription will be renewed monthly. This happens automatically. You will therefore not receive a reminder from us of the expiry date.
You can currently choose whether you want to keep the product (then you don't have to do anything), return it or take out a new subscription.
If you keep the product, you can cancel monthly from then on and the price per month will remain the same.
No, it is completely optional. You can also simply decide to return the product.
Do you want to return a product and cancel your subscription? You can return the products when the minimum rental period has expired.
Register your return via our Returnless returns portal . As soon as we have received your return in our warehouse, we will stop your subscription.
You can return your product in the following ways:
1. Come and hand in the products yourself at our warehouse in Weesp. You can select this option when registering your return via our returns portal . You don't need boxes or shipping labels.
2. Send yourself via a DPD or PostNL Parcel Shop. You will receive a free printable shipping label (DPD) or a digital shipping label (PostNL) per package from us.
3. Butler service (€75): we will collect the entire product from your home at a time that suits you. You don't have to disassemble anything yourself or put it in packaging.

Please note: When reporting a return, please provide the correct number of packages . You need a label or collection appointment per package.
Yes, for each rented product (with the exception of Bugaboo and Leander) you can receive a separate purchase proposal at the end of the rental period.
