You can order as soon as you know which products you need. When checking out, you indicate when you want to receive the products. For pregnant women, we recommend choosing a delivery date 2 to 3 weeks before the due date. For holidays, we recommend a delivery date of at least 1 week before departure.

Your subscription starts after we have shipped the products. You pay the first month directly at checkout, and the following monthly installments are automatically debited via direct debit.

You choose the minimum rental period yourself when ordering. After this period, the subscription is automatically renewed monthly, but you can cancel at any time.

Want to cancel after the minimum rental period? Register your products via our return portal and follow the instructions for returning. If you still have time left in your minimum rental period, you will receive an invoice for the remaining months.

Please note : Return your product (at least) 2 days before your next direct debit date to avoid paying one month too much.
