Frequently Asked Questions
You pay a fixed monthly amount when renting the products. This monthly amount is based on the term you select in advance. To help you choose the right subscription, we state the average duration of use for each product. If you are still unsure about which subscription is right for you, you can always choose the option 'cancellable monthly'. In other cases, the minimum rental period is fixed, but you can always use the products for longer. For example, have you opted for a 3-month subscription, but it turns out that you still want to rent the product for a month longer? No problem. The subscription only ends when you return the product.
The shipping costs for standard shipments* within the Netherlands are €6.95. Shipping costs for standard shipments* to Belgium are €12.70. Returning a product is free . The option to have it picked up at home with DHL pick-up is €9.75.
*Exceptions to standard shipments are products with different dimensions such as cargo bikes, VIP bundles and gift cards. For more information, see our FAQ .
We work with a professional dry cleaner, where we perform the following actions to ensure the safety of the products. We check the functionality of the products, so that the product always works as it should. We may replace parts if they no longer function properly. We check that there are no major stains or scratches on the products. We thoroughly clean the products with natural resources. The products go to the next baby as good as new.
If you are pregnant, we recommend that you have the products at home 3 to 4 weeks before the due date. For holidays we also advise to indicate a few days before you leave that you want to receive it, it sometimes happens that the mail is delayed.
At Tiny Library you take out a subscription for a minimum period. After this period you can cancel the rental contract per month. You always have the right to return products in their original condition within 14 days of ordering. We do not apply a maximum rental period. Are you no longer using the product?
