You pay a fixed monthly amount, based on the chosen minimum rental period. We state the average usage time with each product to help you make the right choice. After the minimum rental period, your subscription will automatically continue: Your subscription will only stop when you have registered the product for return and we have received your product.

Shipping within the Netherlands costs €6,95* and to Belgium €12,70*. Returns are free.

*Exceptions to standard shipments are products with unusual dimensions such as cargo bikes, VIP bundles and gift cards. For more information, see our FAQ .

We work with a professional dry cleaner, where we perform the following actions to ensure the safety of the products. We check the functionality of the products, so that the product always works as it should. We may replace parts if they no longer function properly. We check that there are no major stains or scratches on the products. We thoroughly clean the products with natural resources. The products go to the next baby as good as new.

• For pregnant women: Have the products delivered 2-3 weeks before the due date.
• For holidays: Have the products delivered at least one week before departure, as delivery can always be delayed.

Each subscription has a minimum term. After this period, you can cancel at any time and return your product. There is no maximum rental period.
