This is how we work
1. RECEIPT OF RETURNS
When we receive a returned product, it is checked for completeness.
2. REPAIR ACCORDING TO MANUAL
Any defects will be repaired or parts replaced in accordance with the supplier's manual and regulations, taking into account special rules per product.
3. THOROUGH CLEANING
The product is thoroughly cleaned with natural cleaning agents. Fabric parts go into the washing machine or are cleaned with a wet vacuum cleaner or steam machine.
4. PRODUCT ASSEMBLING
After cleaning, the soft parts of the product are hung up to dry or placed in a drying cabinet. The product is then reassembled.
5. SECURITY CHECK
In the final step, the product undergoes a final quality control. Where possible, it is put back in its original box and is ready for the next family.

You can order from us as soon as you know which items you need. In the check-out you can indicate when you want to receive the products. Then your subscription will only start. It is very nice for us to know well in advance that you want to rent a product, so that we can ensure that there is sufficient stock and that you receive it on time.
The subscription starts on the day your order is shipped. Because we are very careful with our products, we ask you to confirm your identity via iDIN. As soon as you have confirmed your identity, we can send the product.
Tiny Library is not responsible for theft, loss or intentional damage. If your product is lost or stolen, please contact our Customer Care team immediately at customerservice@tinylibrary.nl .
You can claim the stolen or lost product on your own liability insurance.
We take into account that you use the rented products intensively, and babies and children sometimes make a mess of them (trust us, we know!). We don't find that a problem. With us you can rent your baby equipment without any worries.
In the case of fabric upholstery, you can wash it yourself (read the washing label carefully). Examples of wear or repairable damage: seam loose, small hole or stain in an inconspicuous area or paint that has slightly peeled.
Is there damage that we can no longer repair and that makes the product unusable or compromises safety? Report it to us as soon as possible and no later than within 24 hours.
Follow these steps in case of damage during your rental period
1. Report the damage within 24 hours. This can be done by sending an email to customerservice@tinylibrary.nl .
2. Photograph the damage of the damaged product and send us the photos as soon as possible, no later than 24 hours after the damage report has been made.
3. After your claim has been processed, you will receive a return label by email. Depending on the damage, you send the product back to our warehouse or to the manufacturer. If the product still works properly, you can also choose to continue the rental without repair or replacement product.
4. As soon as your product has arrived at our warehouse, our customer service will inform you about the repair options and any costs.
Please contact our customer service within 24 hours and report the damage. You will receive a new car seat and an invoice from us, so that the damage can be recovered from the car insurance.
