Tiny Library rents new and refurbished products. Before the products are rented again, they are professionally cleaned and checked for safety. If your product is not as expected, our customer service is happy to assist you.
Your subscription starts after we have sent the products. You pay the first month immediately when ordering, and the following monthly installments are automatically debited by direct debit.
The first month you pay directly when ordering. Then the automatic collection follows for the following months, which starts one month after receipt of the products.
After the minimum rental period, your subscription will automatically continue. After the minimum rental period, you can cancel and return your product at any time. There is no maximum rental period.
Would you like to exchange your rented product for another product, brand or colour after 14 days and during your rental period? That is possible. Send an email to klantenservice@tinylibrary.nl with your name, order number and the product you want to exchange. For the exchange we charge a one-time fee of €50, this consists of the shipping and cleaning costs.
After the minimum rental period, you can return your product. Upon receipt of your product, your subscription will automatically terminate. You will receive a confirmation email.
Please note : Return your product (at least) 2 days before your next direct debit date to avoid paying one month too much.
Register your return via your personal Tiny Library account and choose one of the following options:
- Return to our warehouse in Weesp without boxes or labels.
- Send it yourself with a return label or QR code.
- Butler service (€75): we collect the product from your home and take care of the rest.
Please note: Please provide the correct number of packages when registering your return. A separate label is required for each package.
