Are you sure that you have your products at home on time? For us it is very nice to know well in advance that you want to rent a product, so that we can ensure that there is sufficient stock and that you have it at home in time. Because we offer the products for rent on our website, we can almost always guarantee our stock, but not always. Compare it to bike rental on holiday. To be sure that bicycles are available when you arrive, it is wise to reserve a bicycle in good time. That's how it works with us. That is why we recommend that you do not wait until the last minute to order your products.

That is how it works:

  1. Choose the products you want to rent.
  2. Indicate in the check-out when you want to receive the products. If you are pregnant, we recommend that you have the products at home 3 to 4 weeks before the due date. For holidays, we also advise you to indicate a few days before you leave that you want to receive it, it sometimes happens that the post is delayed. 
  3. We deliver the products on the date specified by you. Your subscription only starts when we ship the products. We will therefore not make any monthly debits in the period between your placed order and when you receive the products. You only pay the first month in advance. 

What if I still need a product last-minute?

We understand that you don't always know far in advance whether you need a product. For example, if you give birth earlier than planned and need a breast pump as soon as possible or have booked a last minute holiday and a buggy turns out to be useful. In these cases, we aim to deliver the products the next day if you order before 12 noon.

Return products and cancel subscription

Do you no longer use the products? Then you can easily exchange the products for new products. For example, has your child grown out of the Stokke newborn set? Then exchange it with us for the baby set. Or exchange the carrycot of your pushchair for a seat. Saves storage space again. Has your child completely outgrown the products and do you want to return the products? Then you can easily do this via the following steps:

  1. Register your products immediately. We do not apply a notice period. 
  2. You will receive a label from us that you can use to return the products free of charge. This label is valid for 5 days, so don't wait too long. 
  3. Wipe the products with a wet cloth.
  4. Send the products in and we will ensure that your subscription is immediately terminated.
