FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

You can rent a children's bike from € 8 per month. The monthly term depends on the bicycle you choose.

For € 2.50 you can take out the Tiny Care damage insurance, then you are insured against all damage. Do you have damage or is the bicycle broken? Contact us, we will exchange the bike for you.

You can exchange the bicycle for another bicycle at any time during the subscription. Exchange is free after 12 months. Would you like to switch in the meantime because your child has had a growth spurt? Then you pay €19.95 once for the change. Send an email to info@tinylibrary.nl with which exchange you want to do, and we will arrange the rest.

When renting your first children's bicycle, you choose the period for which you want to rent the bicycle. After this period you can cancel per month.

The delivery time for the bicycles is approximately 1 week.

We assume that you treat the bicycle properly. With a change, we provide a bike that is as good as new.

Your subscription starts when your order is shipped.
