You only use most baby and children's products for a short time. Before you know it, your baby will have outgrown the items after a few months and you will need other products again. Purchasing all this can be quite expensive, and storing the items at home or reselling them is also often a hassle. By renting you save money, time and storage space and you also contribute to a better world for our children. The best for your child, the easiest for you.

1. Discover:
   Choose fromour range of baby products and select what you want to rent.
2. Rent:
   Choose your delivery date at checkout. Your subscription will start after the products are shipped.
3. Return:
   After the minimum rental period, you can return the products for free. Report your return via the return portal . After receiving your product, your subscription will automatically stop. You will receive a confirmation of this by email.
4. Rent again:
   Need other products for the next phase of your child(ren)? That's the advantage of renting! We'd love to see you again.

1. Register your return:
   Use our returns portal to register your return and choose a return method. Here you will also find the return instructions.
   
   Please note: please provide the correct number of packages when registering your return.
   
   
2. Make it neat:
   Please return the product neatly; you do not need to clean it thoroughly, we will take care of the rest. Check out our cleaning tips .
   
   
3. Send your product:
   Stick the return label on your package or use a QR code and bring it to a parcel point. You can also drop off your product yourself at our warehouse in Weesp.
   
   
4. Your subscription has been updated:
   After receiving your product, your subscription will automatically stop. You will receive a confirmation of this by email.
   

Please note : Return your product (at least) 2 days before your next direct debit date to avoid paying one month too much.
