The Family Performance Plus is an electric cargo bike with pedal assistance, allowing you to quickly maneuver through the city. The frame of the Urban Arrow is made of light aluminum and is easy to maneuver. The cargo bike is so maneuverable because of the low-lying box. Whether the box is full or empty, the center of gravity is always low, which ensures a pleasant riding experience. In addition to the pleasant riding behavior of the cargo bike, the bike is also safe. The box is made of EPP, this is a rust and impact-resistant material that can withstand heavy impacts. Due to the spacious box, the Family Performance has a lot of loading space, so children and/or groceries can easily be taken along. The cargo bike is therefore a sustainable and practical replacement for the car.

The bike has a strong electric drivetrain from the Bosch performance mid-engine. The engine delivers 65 nm and 500W and can provide up to 300% support. The bike's acceleration is stepless, so there are no more jumps between the gears. Furthermore, the cargo bike has hydraulic disc brakes, which provide a lot of braking power (even in the rain). It is mandatory to take out coverage for the cargo bike . This coverage costs €15 and is added to the monthly rental amount. With this coverage you are covered against damage (due to normal use).

The renter is responsible for taking out the correct insurance against theft. A short-term (liability) insurance must be taken out for the chosen rental period. The costs in the event of theft are equal to the new value of the bicycle and are immediately claimable.
