We ensure that products are always delivered to you fully and professionally cleaned. You never have to thoroughly clean them, but we do appreciate it when they are returned to us in good condition. If your product is returned to us very dirty and/or damaged, you may receive an additional invoice for cleaning and/or repair costs. If in doubt, please always contact us.
