With the Fame Cabin car seat adapters, you can safely and securely attach a Maxi-Cosi infant car seat to the Fame Cabin stroller. This allows you to switch between walking and driving.

You simply click the two adapters into place; no support rod or tools are required. Once attached, they can remain in place while you fold the stroller.

The adapters are designed to work seamlessly with the memory buttons on your Maxi-Cosi car seat. This allows you to detach and lift the car seat with one hand.
