You pay a fixed monthly amount, based on the chosen minimum rental period. We state the average usage time with each product to help you make the right choice. After the minimum rental period, your subscription will automatically continue: Your subscription will only stop when you have registered the product for return and we have received your product. You can register returns via your personal Tiny Library account.

Each subscription has a minimum term. After this period, you can cancel at any time and return your product. You can do this in your personal Tiny Library account . There is no maximum rental period.

Shipping within the Netherlands costs €6.95* and to Belgium €9.95*.

*Exceptions to standard shipments are products with irregular dimensions such as cargo bikes, duo strollers, cribs, handcarts, VIP bundles and gift cards. For more information, see our FAQ .

The cost of returning via a parcel point is €4.95. You can also drop off your product at our warehouse in Weesp, which is completely free.

We work with a professional dry cleaner, where we perform the following actions to ensure the safety of the products. We check the functionality of the products, so that the product always works as it should. We may replace parts if they no longer function properly. We check that there are no major stains or scratches on the products. We thoroughly clean the products with natural resources. The products go to the next baby as good as new.

• For pregnant women: Have the products delivered 2-3 weeks before the due date.
• For holidays: Have the products delivered at least one week before departure, as delivery can always be delayed.

The Tiny Buyback Guarantee is our buyback program for select baby and children's products. If you no longer use a product, you can easily sell it back to us. We'll make sure it brings joy to another family – and you'll receive the agreed-upon amount directly into your account.

You can resell products that:

• Purchased at Tiny Library (see selection below);
  
  
• Be complete, clean and functional;
  
  
• Contain no permanent damage or modifications.

• Products that are covered by the warranty .

Generally, between 2 and 10 years. This varies by product. Check here to see how long the warranty on your buyback product is.

Sometimes, inspection reveals that a product is not compliant. You will then receive an explanation from us. Then, choose:

• You let us donate it to a good cause .
• We will send the product back to you (for shipping costs), or you can collect it from our warehouse in Weesp.

The buyback amount is determined by our fixed criteria for condition and useful life. This valuation is unfortunately final and non-negotiable.

You still have the choice to:

• To sell the product to us at the agreed price
• To return the product
• Donate the product to charity
