This holiday season, Tiny Library makes it easy to give sustainably and affordably. Renting from us is a smart choice that is both financially and practically beneficial. Whether you choose rental products as a sustainable alternative, are looking for a nice Christmas present, or want to give a Giftcard as a gift, we ensure that you can enjoy the holidays with peace of mind. By renting, you contribute to a circular economy in which baby and children's products are cleaned and reused after use. This reduces waste and reduces your ecological footprint. Together we make the world a little more beautiful, one gift at a time!

MOST FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

We also have several products in our range that are useful for holidays. The minimum rental period is 1 month. Unfortunately, shorter is not possible. Here is some information about renting a product for your holiday:

  • The minimum rental period of our products is 1 month and you pay 1 month in advance. At the end of your rental period, you can return the buggy for free. Read here how to return.
  • If you want to be sure that you receive the product on time, we advise you to order from us no later than 1 month before your departure.
  • In the exceptional case that the desired color of your product is not in stock, we will choose a different color. We always do our utmost to choose a replacement color that is closest to your preference.
  • You can insure your product against theft or damage with us. You can select this as an option during the ordering process in your Shopping Cart.
  • The product will be delivered by PostNL on the date you choose. Schedule this delivery date no later than 2 days before your departure, so that you can be sure that it will be delivered on time.

You can order from us as soon as you know which items you need. In the check-out you can indicate when you want to receive the products. Then your subscription will only start. It is very nice for us to know well in advance that you want to rent a product, so that we can ensure that there is sufficient stock and that you receive it on time.

The subscription starts on the day your order is shipped. Because we are very careful with our products, we ask you to confirm your identity via iDIN. As soon as you have confirmed your identity, we can send the product.

With Tiny Library you take out a subscription for a minimum period. After this period you can cancel the rental contract on a monthly basis. You always have the right to return products in their original condition within 14 days of ordering. We do not apply a maximum rental period. Are you no longer using the product? Then report your product back via our returns page .

No problem! Then you can choose a replacement product from our range. You simply return the product, we will contact you and ensure that you receive the new product.

Yes, you can take out Tiny Care damage cover with us.

Tiny Care coverage covers 100% of the repair costs if your rental product is damaged during the rental period. This only concerns damage that can be expected during normal use of the products. Damage caused by incorrect use of the products is not covered by this insurance. In that case, the costs for repairs or replacing a part will be charged to the tenant. Even if the damage is not reported to us in time, the costs for repair or replacement will be charged to the tenant.

Any production errors or defects from the manufacturer will of course not be charged to you, but we do ask that you report and document them to us immediately (within 24 hours). We can then help you with a new product.

What is not covered by Tiny Care's insurance?
Please note that certain matters are not covered by Tiny Care's insurance, such as:

- Theft of products
- Loss of products
- Intentionally damaged products
- Damage, loss or theft of products while on holiday

In most cases, your own liability insurance can cover theft or loss of products. Ask your insurance company about coverage of these costs.

If something happens to the products during your holiday, this damage or loss will be covered by your travel insurance.

In the above cases, always contact our customer service immediately to report theft, loss or damage.
