  • To sell the product to us at the agreed price
  • To return the product

When determining the repurchase price, we take into account how long the product has been in use. We do this for two reasons: firstly, the duration of use also determines (of course not always!) the condition of the product. Secondly, older models are sometimes no longer included in our current range, which makes it more difficult for us to rent them out again.

On each product page, you can quickly and easily calculate the indicative buy-back price, depending on how long you use it and how you expect to handle it.

Refurbished products have already had a first life before they reached you. They have been checked, refurbished where necessary, and sent to you in good condition.

For refurbished products, the buyback price is based on the condition in which we supplied them to you. A refurbished product can therefore never be returned in a better condition than it was sent, and this is reflected in the buyback price.

If you are unsure about the condition of your product or the buyback price, please feel free to contact us, and we will look into it together.

Make sure that the product:

  • Complete (including accessories and instructions);
  • Clean and tidy (preferably lightly cleaned);
  • In working order, without damage or defects;

Does not contain permanent stickers, names or customizations. Tip: use the original packaging if you still have it when shipping!

Very sustainable! By returning your product, you ensure that it gets a second (or third) life. We extend the useful life of quality products, prevent waste and reduce the CO₂ emissions of new production. This directly contributes to a circular economy.
