Hooray! Tiny Library is celebrating its 5th anniversary!

Five years ago, we started as pioneers with a mission to make the baby and children's market more sustainable. Take a look at how far we've come!

What started as an idea to help both parents and the planet has grown into the largest rental platform for baby and children's products in the Netherlands. More than 30,000 products have already found a temporary home.

With 550 products from 60 premium brands — now also available in Belgium — and exclusive partnerships with Bugaboo, Maxi-Cosi, and Joolz, we're proud of what we've achieved.

But we're not done yet

In 5 years, we want to:

900,000 kilograms of products saved

5.75 million kilograms of CO₂ emissions prevented

And become the largest circular baby platform in Europe

2020

In 2020, Julie founded Baby Exchangerie. Working from her own home, she built everything herself from the ground up. She also starred in her very first photoshoot, together with her two sons. They posed with a selection of children's products, a promising start!

2021

The name ‘Tiny Library’ was born and grew into a team! We officially moved to Bussum. From this new location, we continued our mission with a strong female team.

2022

We attended the Negenmaandenbeurs for the first time! Our goal was to create as much brand awareness as possible among pregnant women, together with the team.

2023

Tiny Library relocated and established itself in Weesp, with a brand-new refurbishment center and office of its own.

2024

We ended in the top 3 of the Circular Awards, with Máxima there! We were featured in LINDA., Trouw, Het Parool and even Quote. Julie was heard on the radio, featured on podcasts and present at countless events. We doubled our revenue—it was a successful year!

2025

Tiny Library has grown into the largest rental platform for baby and children’s products in the Netherlands. We are active in Belgium, work with 60 A-brands and are the exclusive rental partner of Stokke and Maxi-Cosi.
