HOW DOES RENTING BABY AND CHILDREN'S PRODUCTS WORK?

📆 SUBSCRIPTION

You pay a fixed amount per month, based on the minimum rental period you have chosen. After your minimum period, the subscription continues. You can cancel your subscription at any time from then on.

📦 SHIPPING

We deliver on the date you choose. You can choose your delivery time at checkout; your subscription will only start after we have shipped the products.
We deliver within 2 days in the Netherlands and Belgium. Read more about shipping .

♻️ RETURNS

Return the products free of charge if you no longer use them or want a different product. We will ensure professional cleaning before the items go to the next baby. After receiving your product, your subscription will automatically stop. You will receive a confirmation of this by email. Read more about returns.

You pay a fixed monthly amount, based on the chosen minimum rental period. We state the average usage time with each product to help you make the right choice. After the minimum rental period, your subscription will automatically continue: Your subscription will only stop when you have registered the product for return and we have received your product.

Orders of €100 or more are shipped free of charge. For orders under €100, shipping costs are €6.95* within the Netherlands and €9.95* to Belgium. *Exceptions to standard shipping include products with non-standard dimensions such as cargo bikes, double strollers, cribs, wagons, VIP bundles, and gift cards. We work with a professional dry cleaner to ensure the quality of all products. Each item goes through our careful process: we test the functionality to make sure everything works perfectly and replace parts where necessary. We carefully check for stains and damage, after which each product is thoroughly cleaned with natural products. This way we ensure that each product goes to the next baby in excellent condition!

For pregnant women: Have the products delivered 2-3 weeks before the due date. For holidays: Have the products delivered at least one week before departure, because delivery can always be delayed.

Each subscription has a minimum term. After this period, you can cancel at any time and return your product. There is no maximum rental period.
