Stroller or pram: when do you choose which?
What's the difference?
A pram is larger and sturdier, with a flat recline position for the youngest babies. A pram usually offers better suspension, more expansion options, and is suitable from birth.
A buggy is lighter and more compact, easy to fold and ideal for travel or public transport. Most buggies are suitable from the moment your child can sit upright, around six months. Some models have a full recline position and can also be used earlier.
When to use what?
In the first months, a pram is the best choice. Most are 3-in-1: you start with a carrycot, switch to the seat, and can attach a car seat.
A buggy becomes interesting once your child is older and you want more flexibility. For travel, crowded public transport, or as a second stroller alongside your pram.

At TinyLibrary, you can both rent and buy a buggy. Rent flexibly per month and return the stroller when your child outgrows it. Or buy directly with a buy-back guarantee: we'll buy it back from you later. This way, you never pay for more than you use.
