Tiny Library verhuurt nieuwe en zo goed als nieuwe producten. Voordat de producten opnieuw worden verhuurd, worden deze professioneel gereinigd en gecheckt op veiligheid. Als je product niet is zoals verwacht, staat onze klantenservice graag voor je klaar.

Je rekent de eerste maandelijkse betaling af bij het bestellen, maar je abonnement gaat pas officieel in als wij je product hebben verzonden op de door jouw gewenste leverdatum. Deze leverdatum is ook de terugkerende maandelijkse betalingsdatum. Aan het einde van de minimale huurperiode kun je maandelijks blijven huren voor dezelfde prijs of je abonnement opzeggen door je product gratis terug te sturen.

We houden er rekening mee dat je de gehuurde producten intensief gebruikt, en baby’s en kinderen maken er nu eenmaal wel eens een bende van (trust us, we know!). Dat vinden wij geen probleem. Bij ons kun je je babyspullen zorgeloos huren. Wil je toch meer zekerheid? Met onze Tiny Care schadeverzekering wordt het huren van onze producten nog zorgelozer. Je bent gedekt voor schade aan het product tijdens de huurperiode. Vink deze optie eenvoudig aan bij het samenstellen van je abonnement.
