Tiny Library is a fast-growing young company that is fully committed to a better world by contributing to the circular economy (PaaS). On our platform we offer subscriptions to baby products, from cribs to prams and from baths to high chairs. Our goal is to become the baby store within a few years where it is normal that you rent products instead of buying.

Vacature Customer Care Manager

Within our company we work with a small team and around it we work with external specialized partners. For our marketing team we are looking for:

Webshop / e-commerce internship
24-40 hours a week

Description function

Because Tiny Library is growing and we are at the forefront of circular developments, we try a lot and want to continuously improve to serve our customers in the best possible way. Our webshop is central to this. Since then, the work has increased to such an extent that we are looking for someone who is eager to tackle the following:

  • Managing the webshop
  • Keep website content up to date
  • Add new products
  • Website conversion optimization
  • UX improve website
  • Market research and testing of new initiatives on the website to improve conversion
  • Data reports based on Google Analytics and other tools

Employee profile

 We ask:

  • HBO / WO thinking and working level
  • Is training in marketing/communication/commercial/e-commerce
  • An independent and proactive working attitude
  • You have good communication skills and you work in a structured way
  • You are technically inclined
  • You have an analytical mindset
  • You like a challenge and can handle the dynamic environment of a startup
