Thank you for choosing a better future for your baby with us. What do you need to know when renting our products? 

  • The subscription starts on the day we send the package. We do not have a notice period. You cancel by registering your product(s) return via the button at the bottom of this page.
  • It is important that you keep the complete packaging in which you receive the product, you will need it for returning. Tip: fold the cardboard boxes flat and slide them under your bed. 
  • When you place an order, you pay for the first month, thereby giving permission for a direct debit for the products you rent from us. You pay for the purchase products by means of a one-time payment with the order. 
  • Do you want to know how you can best care for the products? View our care what page for an overview of the care instructions per product. Accidents can always happen, especially with babies. For example, it may happen that damage has occurred that we can no longer repair, that makes the product unusable or that jeopardizes safety. When this happens, we ask you to contact us within 2 days after the occurrence or discovery of the damage (in that case also send photos of the damage).
