Month 3: What are you thankful for?
The world is opening up again and you are slowly coming out of the baby bubble. This can take some getting used to and before you know it you will be completely absorbed in daily activities again. Don't forget to take a step back every now and then. You may like doing this every day or once in a while. But how do you create awareness and isn't this easier said than done?
To help you with this, we have designed a gratitude journal that you can print or screenshot and fill in once in a while. Writing down what you are grateful for helps you nurture positive feelings. This in turn leads to better mental resilience. We think it's worth trying.
